• Camera Roll Access: To analyze and organize your photos and videos, including identifying photos by scenes, events, and quality.
• Video Files: We access your video files to identify large videos, duplicates, and provide video compression services.

2.2 Information Processed Automatically

We may automatically collect certain information when you use the App:

• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, device identifiers (IDFA for iOS), screen size, device memory usage, and device language settings.
• App Usage Data: Features you use, actions you perform within the App, time and date of usage, session duration, and user preferences.
• Location Information: With your explicit consent, we may collect approximate location information (country, city, region) based on your IP address to provide location-based services and improve App functionality.
• Performance and Analytics Data: App performance metrics, crash reports, error logs, and technical diagnostics to improve App stability and performance.

2.3 Payment Information

When you purchase a subscription through the App, all payment processing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card or payment card information. We may receive confirmation of your subscription status and receipt information from the app stores to verify your subscription and provide premium features.

IX. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Nova Photos is not intended for use by children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. X. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
